What you see:

 

The top line of this display features the outdoor temperature in your choice of Fahrenheit or Celsius, received from a remote transmitter (sensor) placed up to one hundred feet away. The unit can receive information from up to three different sensors, and one is included with the display. A small arrow in the top right corner of the screen points upward if the temperature is increasing, straight if it has remained stable, or down if it is decreasing. The arrow refreshes once per hour.

 

The next line notes the indoor temperature in your choice of Celsius or Fahrenheit, followed by the relative percentage of humidity.

The following line displays the time from the atomic clock in Fort Collins, Colorado, which can be received from up to 2,000 miles away. A tower icon in the right corner of this screen section notes if the atomic signal has been received. The clock is set to readjust for Daylight Savings Time, but this feature may be turned off.

 

The bottom section features a scrolling moon phase and calendar. The calendar indicates the month, date, and day, and the current moon phase is highlighted for five seconds as the icons scroll.

 

For even more versatility, use this unit as your daily alarm. The alarm function is easily set, and the large snooze button will allow eight extra minutes of sleep. The backlight will also activate for three seconds when the snooze alarm is pressed.
